I highly recommend American Roofing.  I called five different roofing companies, and due to the professionalism, I chose American Roofing.   From the start to the finish, it was wonderful to receive exceptional customer service.  I received an  immediate return call, appt made and arrived on time, brochures,  along with process explained.  I felt confident that this company, I could trust to  advocate/navigate with the insurance company—and it was difficult.   They know the roofing business,  and over the years have gained the skills and capacity,  to communicate with the insurance business for a positive outcome.  It was demonstrated to do the best they could, to help me.  No one wants to be in this situation, but they made the whole process easier and reassuring.  I  felt like a valued customer.  This company did exceptional  strong advocacy for me, as the customer. I commend the roofers  who were polite, professional, cordial and very hard workers into late hours.  I am grateful to American Roofing for their expertise and I would not hesitate to call upon them again.  I hope others chose this  services for many years and value it, as I did.  It was a pleasure to have worked with them, and to be highly satisfied with work completed. If only, all business gave such great customer service!
